Korean moisturiser prices per 100 ml: five products compared
A smaller price tag does not always buy a cheaper moisturiser. We checked five exact product sizes and put their displayed prices on the same 100 ml scale.
What changed when we compared volume
21% lower cost per 100 ml
ILLIYOON’s 150 ml pack was $2.49 more than Red Bean Water Gel’s 100 ml pack, but supplied 50% more volume. That made its unit price lower in the four-product Stylevana sample.

These are displayed prices before shipping, taxes, member offers or checkout codes. They are a dated record; check the seller’s current listing and final checkout total before buying.

Why Round Lab has a different seller: the Stylevana 80 ml listing was marked out of stock and did not expose a usable product price. We recorded the brand’s US price separately. It is not part of the four-product Stylevana ranking.
ILLIYOON had the lowest unit price among those four verified Stylevana offers. This does not establish the cheapest seller on the internet or the best formula for your skin.
How we compared the packs
We selected five moisturisers already covered on Peony Seoul, spanning gel and cream formats and 50–150 ml sizes. This is a small editorial sample, not a representative survey of Korean skincare. Four prices came from exact Stylevana US product listings; one is a clearly labelled Round Lab US reference.
- Match the full product name, single-pack quantity and volume to the listing.
- Record the displayed selling price in USD, excluding a crossed-out previous price and unrelated products elsewhere on the page.
- Calculate price ÷ pack volume in ml × 100. Round only the displayed result to two decimal places.
- Keep availability gaps visible instead of substituting a different size or inventing a price.
Worked example: $15.99 ÷ 150 ml × 100 = $10.66 per 100 ml. The percentage comparison uses unrounded unit prices.
Three traps that can change the answer
- Size selectors: the Dynasty Cream brand page includes 30, 50 and 100 ml options. A default price for 30 ml cannot be used for a 50 ml comparison.
- Delivery costs: a low unit price may lose its advantage after shipping and tax. Allocate basket delivery consistently when comparing several items.
- Different units: grams measure mass and millilitres measure volume. We did not assume that 100 g equals 100 ml. We also excluded sets, currency conversions and estimates of how many days a pack lasts.
Compare the delivered cost per 100 mL
Enter two current offers in the same currency, using the bottle size printed on each pack. Prices are not fetched automatically. Include tax in the pack price and allocate delivery once; leave out gifts and samples unless they are the same product and size.
For jars and tubes, enter the labelled volume as the bottle size. Compare the exact formula and pack size, and use the same currency for both offers.
Formula: (pack price + allocated delivery and fees) ÷ total mL × 100. Use whole bottles and a volume greater than zero.
This compares unit cost. It does not rank effectiveness or predict how long a pack lasts.
Use price to narrow the choice, then compare the formula
These products are not interchangeable just because they are moisturisers. Red Bean is positioned as a light gel; Dynasty’s published formula includes squalane and niacinamide; Purito specifies 10% panthenol; and Round Lab lists birch juice and humectants. Those are product-description facts, not a head-to-head performance test.
Our five updated reviews separate what the sources establish from what remains uncertain. Check the ingredient list on the regional pack you intend to buy, especially if the formula or size differs from a listing here.
